After scrutiny of the application, it was observed that the proponent has not submitted the following details:
1. The industry shall submit the clear visible site plan indicating industry name, built-up area, construction details and greenbelt area proposed.
2. Topo plan showing the Distance from the road boundary to industry boundary and residential area nearby if any etc.,.
3. In application observed that the proponent proposed scrubber for 100 KVA DG set, the same clarify.
4. The industry shall submit the details of ash generation quantity, storage facilities & disposal details.
5. ETP details for wastewater generation from the boiler blow down and domestic wastewater.
6. The CFE fee against the investment of Rs.3000.00 Lakhs under Orange category is Rs.2,25,000/-. The industry has paid Rs.1,80,000/- on 26.06.2026. Hence, you are informed to pay balance CFE fee of Rs.45,000/-.
In view of the above, you are informed to submit the above details for further processing of application.
