After scrutiny of the application, it was observed that the proponent has not submitted the following details:
1. Proposed Air Pollution sources and its control measures details.
2. The proponent has submitted the Topo plan of radius of 500 meters, in which not mentioned the distance between road boundary and proposed site boundary. However, as per siting guidelines stipulated by the Board with regard to the Transportation / Communication System, the proposed units shall be at a distance of 50 m from National Highways, 40 m from state highways and 20 m from Village road/Mandal road. The proponent shall submit the revised TOPO plan along with Geo co-ordinates indicating residential areas, sensitive areas such as Hospitals, Monuments, Schools and Zoological Parks etc.
3. The CFE fee against the investment of Rs.130.00 Lakhs under Green category is Rs.9,800/-. The industry has paid Rs.5,000/- on 06.07.2026. Hence, you are informed to pay balance CFE fee of Rs.4,800/-.
In view of the above, you are informed to submit the above details for further processing of application.
