The Proponent shall submit the following details for further processing of application:-
1. Process flow Chart and its description.
2. The industry shall submit the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) which shall comprising the following:
a) Details of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) for treating wastewater generated from the industry and its disposal details.
b) The point sources of emissions i.e., the boiler capacity, stack height connected to the boiler and its control equipment details and other emission sources & its control equipment details.
3. The proponent has not submitted the compliance of the conditions of schedule-B of CFE order dated 11.11.2025.
4. The CFE fee under Orange category for both Air & Water Acts against investment of Rs. 8063.0 Lakhs is Rs.3,17,500/- fee upto 31.03.2028. The proponent has paid Rs.1,81,417/-, the balance fee to be paid is Rs. 1,36,033/-. |
