The proposed activity will fall under other than 66 category of industries and located within the 10 Kms radius of Osmansagar and Himayatsagar, but not fall in in 84 villages as notified in the 111 GO. The Board office has issued IOM vide letter dated 19.05.2017 informing that the ROs & ZOs are directed to process the CFE / CFO applications of Ready Mix Concrete Plants within 10 km radius of Osmansagar & Himayatsagar Lakes and not falling within the 84 notified villages (Notified in GO MS NO.111, Dated 08.03.1996). The respective Regional Officer / Zonal Officer shall stipulate a conditions that RMC should be strictly for captive use with specific time-lines and quantity. Hence, the acknowledgement may be issued with a condition to remove the ready mix after completion of the project and for captive consumption only. |
