It is to submit that, nearest village Gurraladandi is situated at a distance of about 600 mtrs from the plant. The industry has installed two Hot Mix Plant of capacity 120 TPH & 60 TPH. The industry has provided bag filter for Hot Mix Plants to control the emissions and also installed 365 KVA & 125 KVA DG sets. The industry has provided water tanker for water spraying on roads, within the premises for dust suppression. the industry has paid CFO fee of Rs. 56,600/-. Actual CFE & CFO fee for 2 years period under orange category Rs. 66,000/-. Hence, the industry has to pay the balance fee of Rs. 9,400/-.
