1) As per the Board’s siting guidelines any industrial activity shall be established 20 mtrs away from Major District & Village Roads. During the inspection it was observed that the established industry distance is about 8 mtrs only from the Bandlaguda village road, which is in violation of the siting guidelines.
2) As per application, the total area of the industry is 1.0 Acre. During inspection it was observed that the open land available for utilization of 8.0 KLD treated waste water for land application purpose is about 0.5 acres, which is not sufficient as per the Board’s guidelines for disposal of treated effluent for onland application (10 Kl/ acre/day). |
