1. Site plan clearly showing the existing plant, expansion plant, existing ETP, new ETP, existing greenbelt etc.
2. Status of continuous online stack monitoring systems attached to two boilers and link of details to TSPCB website for display.
3. Status of continuous online Ambient Air Quality Monitoring (AAQM) stations within the plant for monitoring of SO2, NOx, PM2.5 & PM10.
4. Status of digital flow meters with totaliser provided to record water consumption, wastewater generation, treated, reused & utilised for greenbelt.
5. Details of ETP provided in the expansion programme along with flow diagram.
6. Month wise procurement of waste paper, Imported paper, Coal & Rice husk / Bio mass for the period from Nov’ 2014 to Oct’ 2015.
7. Month wise production details of each product separately for the period from Nov’ 2014 to Oct’ 2015.
8. Month wise details like water consumption, waste water generation, treated, recycled & uitilised for greenbelt as per meter readings during for the period from Nov’ 2014 to Oct’ 2015.

11. Details of Energy meter & Hour meter provided to all air pollution control equipment and its records.
12. Month wise details of Hazardous waste viz. ETP sludge, detoxified container & container liner, waste oil generated and disposal for the period from Nov’ 2014 to Oct’ 2015.
