As per the application, the activity falls under Orange category i.e., Reprocessing of waste plastic including PVC and established the unit within ORR in IDA, Jeedimetla after the year 2013.
As per the G.O.Ms. No. 20 dt. 01.03.2013 and as per B.O circular dt.20.09.2016, the Board has issued instructions not to issue CFE to any new industries or for expansion of existing industries located within ORR and covered under Red and Orange categories. Hence, the application is liable for rejection.
In view of above, kindly confirm the activity and year of establishment for further processing. |
