It is to submit that the details of consent fee payment of M/s. Sunshine Hospital & M/s. Sunshine Heart Institute, SD Road, Paradise Circle, Secunderabad has already sent vide mail dates 02.08.2018, and 14.09.2018 and also sent a letter on 10.09.2018 ( Scan copy are herewith attached).
further it is submit that The HCE has combined the both hospital applied by enclosing balance sheet with project cost of Rs 114.93 Cr based on that the HCE has to pay consent fee of Rs. 11,51,900/- and the HCE has paid consent fee of Rs. 14,56,600/- and excess amount of Rs. 3,04,700/- with the Board.
The HCE has submitted representation by enclosing CA certificate of M/s. Sunshine Hospital on project cost of Rs . 58.75 Cr based on that the HCE has to pay consent fee of Rs. 7,35,000/- /- upto 31.03.2019 and HCE has paid consent fee of Rs 7,35,000. The M/s. Sunshine Heart Institute project cost of Rs . 25.55 Cr based on that the HCE has to pay consent fee of Rs. 3,52,850/- upto 31.03.2019 and HCE has paid consent fee of Rs 7,21,600/- and excess amount of Rs. 3,68,750/- with the Board.
