As per GO Ms No.111, dated 08.03.1996, no new industries are permitted within 10 Kms radius of Himyatsagar and Osmansagar lakes. Hence, the CFE application is herewith returned.
The Member Secretary, Telangana State Pollution Control Board (formerly A.P. Pollution Control Board) had issued a circular Memo No.10/PCB/CFE/RO&ZO/2000-86, dated 19.04.2001, directing this Office not to accept any application of the industries which falls in the Catchment area of Himayathsagar and Osmansagar lakes. |
