As per the process flow chart, the activity fall under Red category. As per G.O.Ms. No.20, dt. 01.03.2013, the Red category industries are not permitted within ORR.
Hence, you are requested to clarify the actual process / activities propose to establish for further processing the applications. If the industry is already in established & in operation from the before the above said G.O., you may apply for CFO (direct) for further processing.
