The industry has applied for manufacturing of the products, which falls under the category 5(f) of the schedule of the EIA Notification-2006: “Synthetic organic chemicals industry (dyes & dye intermediates; bulk drugs and intermediates excluding drug formulations; synthetic rubbers; basic organic chemicals, other synthetic organic chemicals and chemical intermediates)” which attracts Environmental Clearance. But, the proponent has directly applied for CFE of the Board without obtaining Environmental Clearance |
