1. As per the CFE order, the industry shall shift the boiler away from the nearest habitation i.e., Chinthalabasti SC colony, H/o. of Nellutla village and will maintain minimum distance of 500 mts from the boundary of the Chinthalabasti SC colony, H/o. of Nellutla village to the Boiler. But, as per the RO report, the industry has not maintained minimum 500 mts distance from the boiler to the nearest habitation and from the boundary of the industry to Chinthalabasti SC colony H/o. of Nellutla village.
2. As per the Regional Officer's report, the industry has not yet completed the construction of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP). |
