The Committee noted that, the proposed site is located in Pottipalle village with habitation at a distance of about 30 mtrs from it.
The Committee also observed that, the proponent has not submitted documents (Lease agreement / Sale deed) related to the proposed site, not furnished the details of waste water generation from process, proposed effluent treatment and not submitted the details of heat source to be used for boiling of water and sugar in the process. Accordingly, the Committee recommended to reject the CFE application of the industry. |
