Sir, The issue was placed in the CFO committee meeting held on 26.02.2019. After detailed discussion, the Committee recommended to reject the CFO & HWA application of the project for the following reasons:
1. Not obtained occupancy certificate for the total project.
2. As per analysis report of outlet of STP of 400 KLD, treated wastewater is having BOD value is 20 mg/lt and 14 mg/lt which are which is exceeding the recyclable wastewater standards i. e, <10 mg/lt.
3. The project has not provided flow meters to assess the quantity of water consumption of treated effluents reused and excess treated effluent discharged into sewer.
4. The proponent has informed that they have provided solar street lights and solar water heaters. But not submitted details.
5. The proponent has informed that they have provided Bio-organic converter to convert the organic waste to manure. But not submitted the details.
6. As per EC, the project has to develop greenbelt in an area of 23,125.9 sqm. But not furnished the details of greenbelt developed.
The same is forwarded for approval. |
