i. M/s. Sai Priya Chemicals, Sy.No.39, Bacharam (V), Abdullapurmet (M), Rangareddy District and is involved in manufacturing of Ammonium Nitrate – 1 TPD, Potassium Nitrate – 1 TPD.
ii. The industry has not submitted the precautionary and safety measures required to be taken during process operations to avoid accidents which was directed during the past incident.
iii. The industry has not yet constructed separate rain water drains.
iv. As per RO report, The industry is using wood as fuel in the boiler.
v. The industry has not yet provided platform the sampling port and not provided Dust Collector to the Air Pollution Control Equipment (APCE).
vi. The industry has not yet dismantled the open bhattis in which they were evaporating the MLs.
vii. The industry has provided only 0.1 acre area of greenbelt in total area of 1 acre plant, where as it has to develop 33% of total area as thick green belt. |
