1. M/s. Vivanta Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. (Unit-II) has applied for CFE through TS-iPASS to establish industry at Sy.No.112/1, Rangareddyguda (V), Balanagar (M), Mahaboobnagar District has applied for CFE of the Board to produce Sodium Methoxide (30%) - 33.33 Tons/day, Sodium Methoxide (Dry) - 5.00 Tons/day, Sodium Ethoxide (30%) - 33.33 Tons/day, Sodium Ethoxide (Dry) - 5.00 Tons/day and NaoH Solution – 641 kg/day as by-product by using Methanol, Sodium Hydroxide Flakes, Carbon and Ethanol as raw materials under Red Category with investment of Rs.5 Crores.
2. The proponent may obtain a letter from M/s. IICT, Hyderabad clearly mentioning that the above products does not require Environmental Clearance under category 5(f) of the schedule of the EIA Notification-2006: “Synthetic organic chemicals industry (dyes & dye intermediates; bulk drugs and intermediates excluding drug formulations; synthetic rubbers; basic organic chemicals, other synthetic organic chemicals and chemical intermediates)”. |
