After pre-scrutiny of the application and field observations, the industry has obtained CFO for the existing activity vide order dated 17.06.2017 for manufacturing of Tundish Boards – 6 Tons/day with a validity period upto 30.04.2022. Now, the industry has applied for CFO expansion directly for without obtaining CFE expansion of the Board for enhancement of production capacity from Tundish Boards – 6 Tons/day to 39.7 Tons/day and also the industry has not submitted the water consumption and solid waste generation details for expansion activity in the application.
Hence, your industry’s CFO application is Rejected and directed to apply CFE Expansion through TS-iPASS with all details for enhanced production capacity. The industry shall apply for CFO expansion after obtaining CFE Expansion of the Board for enhanced production capacities. The Consent fee paid by the industry will be adjusted
