3. The industry is one of the industry, on which a complaint was filed in the Hon’ble NGT by Sri. Kosgi Venkataiah & others, SEZ polepally (V), Mahaboobnagar District against the industry wherein the final judgement is still pending at NGT level.
4. As per the RO report, the industry has not proposed excess water consumption for the expansion, hence the wastewater generation will remain same as per the consent order dated 26.04.2016. The existing activity generates wastewater of 92.5 KLD & proposed expansion activity generates wastewater of 23 KLD. After expansion, the industry generates wastewater of 115.5 KLD.
9. Earlier, the industry has applied for CFE for coal fired boiler of capacity 5 TPH. The Zonal office has not issued the CFE for coal fired boiler for 5 TPH. The industry has not dismantled and is operating without taking permission of the Board. |
