ii. As per the Regional Officer's (RO) report, the industry expanded activity for increased production from 60,000 Ltrs/month to 90,000 Ltrs/month.
iii. As per the earlier CFO order, the industry shall lift the effluent to CETP M/s. JETL. However, till date, the industry has not lifted any effluent. As per the RO report, the industry has provided ETP followed by RO Plant and proposes to reuse the treated water for washings. Hence, the industry is not complying with the condition stipulated in the Consent Order.
iv. The industry has expanded its activity into adjoining plot No. 79 without obtaining CFE of the Board for the expansion activity.
v. The industry has installed 400 Kg/hour Briquette fired Boiler without obtaining CFE of the Board. |
