ii. As per the Regional Officer's report, the Board issued closure order to the unit on 15.06.2019 for operating without obtaining the consents of the Board and for not lifting effluents to M/s JETL for further treatment and disposal.
iii. The industry is located within ORR. As per the G.O.Ms. No. 20 dt. 01.03.2013 and as per B.O circular dt.20.09.2016, the Board has issued instructions not to issue CFE to any new industries or for expansion of existing industries located within ORR and covered under Red and Orange categories.
iv. The industry has not submitted any document pertaining to date of establishment of the unit prior to the year, 2013. |
