2. As per the Regional Officer's report, for the existing activity, the industry is collecting the effluents through the drain system covered with concrete drain covers. There is every chance of seepage of effluents into the ground. The industry shall provide proper pipeline for collection of effluents into the collection tank.
3. During the inspection, for the existing activity, it was observed that the collection tank and neutralization tank were full and open. There is every chance of overflow of the effluents from the tanks. The industry shall upgrade the capacities of the collection tanks and neutralization tanks.
4. The industry is storing the raw materials openly outside the industry premises and spillages were observed within and outside the industry premises.
5. The industry has not submitted the production details for the existing activity.
6. The industry has not disposed the herbal spent waste and is storing within the process area. |
