| Clarification Note: |
The proponent shall submit the detailed EIA report along with design details of effluent treatment & disposal system, also air pollution sources & design details of control equipment and pollution load per acre of the proposed park. The proposal of CETP attracts Environmental Clearance under EIA notification as listed at S.No. 7(h) of Schedule – I. Hence the proponent shall also upload Environmental clearance obtained. Further it is to inform that, If the area is less than 500 ha., but contains building and construction projects > 20,000 Sq.mtr. and or development area more than 50 ha it will be treated as activity listed at serial no. 8(a) or 8 (b) in the Schedule, as the case may be which also attracts EIA notification. |
