The industry shall submit undertaking on a Rs. 100/- non-judicial stamp paper on the following points:
1. The industry shall treat the waste water in their individual ETP, after treatment the treated effluents shall be utilized onland for gardening within the industry premises duly meeting the prescribed standards stipulated by the Board / CETP, M/s. JETL, Jeedimetla for further treatment and disposal.
2. The industry shall provide separate energy meter to the ETP.
3. The industry shall install digital flow meters at water consumption, Inlet of ETP and Outlet of ETP.
4. The industry shall maintain records of productions, water consumption, wastewater generation, hazardous waste generation & disposal and shall submit the details at RO, Hyderabad every month.
5. The industry shall abide to the decision of the Hon’ble NGT on the petition filed against de-linting units located at Gadwal & Ieeza surroundings area which is posted on 07.01.2020 and any decisions of the Hon’ble NGT henceforth.
6. The industry shall send the hazardous waste i.e., ETP Sludge to M/s. HWMP, TSDF, Dundigal by maintaining proper manifest system. Further, the industry shall not store the ETP Sludge for more than 90 days.
7. The industry shall not discharge waste water outside the industry premises under any circumstances.
8. The industry shall immediately provide separate shed with concreted floor for storage Sulphuric Acid and shall ensure that they shall store the Sulphuric Acid containers on a designated concrete lined platform separately and shall not store in an open area.
