SEE/Sir, The Hon’ble NGT vide Order dt: 24.10.2017 directed to collect 0.5% of Annual Turn Over every year towards Patancheru – Bollaram Environment Relief fund from certain industries. M/s Srivathsa Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd., is located at Sy.No.172, Anantaram (V), Gummadidala (M), Sangareddy District is located outside the ban area as issued by the State Government vide GO MS No. 95 dt 21.09.2007. The Board has permitted the industry as per CFO to send the effluents to M/s PETL. In this regard, the industry has not taken membership and not sending efflents to M/s PETL and the industry is sending effluents to M/s JETL. A letter issued by M/s PETL in this regard is here with attached for information. The industry has not paid 0.5% of Annual Turn Over since the issue of orders by NGT. |
