Industry has applied under Orange category under line of activity "Liquid floor cleaner, black phenyl, liquid soap, glycerol mono-stearate manufacturing". As per G.O.Ms. No: 20, dt.01.03.2013 & B.O.Circular dt.20.09.2016, no new Red and Orange categories industries are permitted within ORR. However, as per the conversation with the entrepreneur, the industry falls under Orange category under activity "Pharmaceutical formulation and for R& D purpose ( For sustained release/extended release of drugs only andnot for commercial purpose)" and the industry has not uploaded self certification, raw material list and effluent generation. Kindly clarify the line of activity and apply under the proper line of activity and upload relevant documents for further processing of your application". |
