The industry has not mentioned details of water consumption, waste water generation and its treatment and disposal details of, Air pollution sources (Fugitive emissions, DG Set if any) and its control measures, quantity of solid waste generation and disposal details in respective fields of online PCB application, same shall be filled in the application. The industry shall upload existing CFO Order along with Compliance report & CA certificate/Balance sheet showing gross block of fixed assets to calculate fee. |
