The industry has earlier paid consent fee of Rs.61,000/- on an investment of Rs. 8,14,77,351/- & now paid Rs. 80,200/-on an investment of Rs. 10,22,26,192/-. Calculating the consent fee as per old and new rates as per G.O.M.S No 22 on earlier and present investment the industry has to pay consent fee of Rs. 1,81,708/- and the industry paid Rs. 1,41,200/-( Rs.61,000/- + Rs. 80,200/-) for both Air & Water Acts under Green Category which is valid upto July 2021. Hence Balance fee of Rs. 40,508/- has to be paid by the industry. |
