The industry has not mentioned details of raw material, product and its quantity, water consumption, waste water generation its treatment and disposal details of waste water generated , Air pollution Sources( Boiler, Thermic fluid/electric heater) and control measures, solid waste generation and disposal in respective fields of online application same shall be filled in the application. The industry shall also upload latest Balance sheet/CA certificate showing gross block of fixed assets to calculate fee & CFO order along with condition wise compliance report. |
