The Principal Secy to the Govt, & CIP Industries & Commerce Dept as per the instructions of the Hon’ble minister of Industry & Commerce has constituted interdepartmental teams vide order Dt.10.08.2020 to inspect all Red & Orange industries to review the safety measures taken by the industries in view of the accidents taking place in industries. In this regard, I was attending the same and also the vehicle is not available to carryout CFE & CFO inspections as the vehicle is engaged in inspections. Hence the inspection of the industry couldn’t be conducted in time. Further it is to submit that, I will ensure that there will not be any delay in future. It is requested to kindly consider.
