The EE, RO, Hyderabad has forwarded HCFs CFO application (id: 2616361), of M/s. Fehmi Care Nursing Home through TS-OCMMS along with verification report dated: 28.08.2020 along with fake CFO&HWA and BMW Authorization copies.The same was forwarded to Board office for taking necessary action vide letter dated: 10.09.2020.
The EE, RO, Hyderabad has again forwarded the CFO&HWA application (Id: 2616359) of the same hospital along with verification report dated: 15.09.2020 stating that HCF has applied for expansion from 25 Nos. of beds to 105 Nos. of beds. The HCFs application is herewith forwarded for taking necessary further action.
