It is requested to submit plastic waste generation & disposal details and waste water treatment & disposal details. Also requested to pay Consent for Establishment (CFE) fee of Rs.1,80,000/- and Consent for Operation (CFO) fee of Rs.90,000/- per year on the investment of Rs.20.0 crores under orange category.
CFO fee is to be paid from 01.04.2020 as per the directions of the Hon'ble NGT order dated 18.08.2020 and CPCB recommendations. Hence, the CFO fee for 5 years period i.e., from 01.04.2020 to 31.03.2025 will be Rs.4,50,000/- .
In view of the above, it is requested to submit the above mentioned details and also pay the CFE & CFO fees for further processing of your application. |
