Dear RO,
The verification report needs clarification with regard to the following:
Name proponent and project details are not matching with the EC & CFE, even in the Line of activity (product).
The EC and CFE was obtained by the proponent for Expansion of the project.
In the remarks it is reported that, a Hospital of 356 Beds is existing and CFO of which was expired in the 31.03.2016. The CFO order was not attached. The HCF was allowed to operate without CFO from 01.04.2016 onwards and penalty collections for the period was not collected and reported. The compliance of the conditions for existing CFO order and details of existing waste water treatment system and disposal point was not reported. The status of authorization under BMWM Rules not reported.
The average waste water generation and disposal from the existing activities needs supporting documents.
The ongoing operations the Hospital activity is neither reported in this application nor in the proponents other CFO application i.e. for new collage and hospital building project which was reported for composing on 01.10.2020.
The project cost as per EC and CFE order is 40.0 Crores, whereas the proponent attached CA Certificate in which the expenditure incurred in executing project is mentioned as Rs.8.65 Crores and the the existing investment for the 356 Bed Hospital is not considered. The RO needs include the same for calculation of fee and for leaving penalty for operating the Hospital without CFO.
The status of STP for 500 KLD as per EC and CFE with design details not attached.
The surroundings of the project are mismatching with the EC and CFE order.
Pls submit proper revised verification report with details of compliance status of existing activity of Hospital and proposed activity for further processing of the applications at the earliest.
