The industry has to pay total fee of Rs.3,01,000/- in which an amount of Rs. 2,66,700/- towards CFO fee arrears and CFE fee of Rs.32,600/- on increased investment from Rs.61.832 crores to Rs.64.0045 crores as per new GO dated 09.07.2018 and also Rs.1700/- towards fine (i.e., 15% of regular consent fee CFO fee) for delay in applying CFO (27 days). |
