| Clarification Note: | The department of Municipal Administration and Urban Development has issued G.O.Ms No.470, dated:09.07.2008, in which “Comprehensive Master Plan for 1 km belt on either side of the proposed Outer Ring Road (Hyderabad Outer Ring Road Growth Corridor) and Special Development Regulations” were issued. As per the above said GO, no new industries are permitted within the Outer Ring Road Growth Corridor (1 Km on either side from the outer edge of the ORR Right Of Way). As the proposed location of the above Ready Mix Concrete plant is at a distance of 120 m and hence falls within the 1 km distance of the Outer Ring Road Growth Corridor at Dundigal. Hence, kindly change the location and apply for CFE of the Board. |
