As per the conversation with the proponent, the line of activity is Pulverization of Aluminium and Nickel which falls under "Dry coal processing, mineral processing, industries involving ore sintering, pelletisating, grinding & pulverization" which falls under Orange category. However, the industry was submitted under Green category under blending of melanin resins. As per GO MS No.20, dt:01.03.2013 of Industries and Commerce dept., establishment of new industries under Orange and Red categories is not allowed within the Outer Ring Road. Kindly clarify the line of acitivity by submitting list of raw materials, products, equipment and elaborate process flow sheet for further processing of the application. |
