The industry has obtained CFE of the Board vide dt:26.03.2013, however, the proponent has not started activity and has not obtained the CFO of the Board. Now, the proponent has applied for CFO renewal of the Board. As per the conversation with the proponent, he informed that he has spoken with TS-iPASS officials and they have informed to apply for direct CFO, as earlier CFE has been obtained and again CFE cannot be applied. Hence, kindly apply for CFO of the Board. |
