Industry has not uploaded Compulsory Attachments B1 and B2 forms and CFE Order compliance report, same shall be uploaded. The proponent has not mentioned details of water consumption, waste water generation quantities, treatment and disposal of waste water generated, sources of air pollution (Boiler, DG Set, Furnace etc) and its Air pollution control equipment, solid waste generation quantities and disposal method in the respective fields of online application. The same shall be filled in the online application and resubmit application in full form. The industry shall mention “Nil/NA” in the respective fields of online application if the above details are not applicable.
The industry has paid CFE fee of Rs.10,000/- through online against required fee of Rs. 22,500/- under Green category for both Air & Water Acts on an investment of Rs. 500 Lakhs. Balance fee of Rs. 12,500/- has to be paid by the industry.
Note: The application will be liable for Rejection at pre-Scrutiny stage if the proponent fails to submit the above information sought.
