The industry has not mentioned details of water consumption, waste water generation, treatment and disposal details of waste water generated, Air pollution Sources ( Boiler, Thermic fluid/electric heater& DG Set) and control measures , Solid waste generation and disposal details in respective fields of online application. The same shall be filled in the online application and resubmit application in full form. The industry shall mention “Nil/NA” in the respective fields of online application if the above details are not applicable.
The industry has paid CFE fee of Rs.1,000/- through online against required fee of Rs. 35,240/- under Green category for both Air & Water Acts on an investment of Rs. 391.53 Lakhs. Balance fee of Rs. 34,240/- has to be paid by the industry.
Note: The application will be liable for Rejection at pre-Scrutiny stage if the proponent fails to submit the above information sought.
