Industry not uploaded self certificate, Proposed expansion Site plan, design details of the ETP, the same shall be uploaded. The proponent has not mentioned treatment and disposal details of waste water generated, sources of air pollution (Boiler, DG Set, Furnace etc) and its Air pollution control equipment details in the respective fields of online application. The same shall be filled in the online application and resubmit application in full form. The industry shall mention “Nil/NA” in the respective fields of online application if the above details are not applicable.
Note: Industries in operation stage shall apply for CFO of the Board not CFE. The application will be liable for Rejection at pre-Scrutiny stage if the proponent fails to submit the above information sought.
