The industry has not mentioned details of solid waste generation quantities and disposal method in the respective fields of online application, the same shall be filled. The industry shall mention “Nil/NA” in the respective fields of online application if the above details are not applicable. Industry shall also upload Consent order condition wise Compliance report, Site plan, process flow chart & waste water treatment plant details and Balance sheet/ CA certificate showing Gross Block (without depreciation) to calculate fee payable and Monthly production, water consumption, waste water generation, solid waste generation & disposal details for one year.
Note: The application will be liable for Rejection at pre-Scrutiny stage if the proponent fails to submit the above information sought.
