1. As per the CFO order the industry is permitted to dispose the effluents through forced evaporation system, whereas the industry has not installed the forced evaporation system.
2. The industry is discharging the waste water into the open land belonging to the industry and forming lagoon and the analysis values of the discharged effluents are exceeding the standards prescribed by the Board.
3. The industry has not installed water meters to measure the actual water consumption and waste water discharged and not submitted the details on water consumption.
4. The industry has not submitted the details of hazardous waste generation quantity and point of disposal.
5. The house keeping of the industry was poor & has not developed required greenbelt.
6. The industry has not paid balance consent fee of Rs.13,91,943/-
