The proponent has not uploaded signed self certificate on Rs.100/- stamp paper, the same shall be uploaded. The proponent has left empty the details of Sources of Air pollution(Boiler/ Thermic fluid heater/ DG set/ Furnace etc.,) and control Equipment proposed, solid waste generation quantities(waste oils/ rejects/ sludge etc.,) & disposal method in the respective fields of online application. The same shall be filled in the online application and resubmit application in full form. The industry shall mention “Nil/NA/0” in the respective fields if details are not applicable. The proponent has paid Consent fee of Rs.1,200/- through online against required fee of Rs.11,250/-under Green category for both Air & water Acts on an investment of Rs. 150 Lakhs. Balance fee of Rs.10,050/- has to be paid by the industry. Note: The application will be liable for Rejection at pre-Scrutiny stage if the proponent fails to submit the above information sought. |
