The proponent has not submitted details of quantities of domestic / process waste water generation and treatment system proposed, Sources of Air pollution(Furnace/Boiler/ Thermic fluid heater/ DG set etc.,) and control Equipment proposed, solid waste generation quantities(slag/raw material rejects/ waste oils/ sludge etc.,) & disposal method in the respective fields of online application. The same shall be filled in the online application and resubmit application in full form. The industry shall mention “Nil/NA/0” in the respective fields if details are not applicable.
The proponent has paid Consent fee of Rs.1,000/- through online against required fee of Rs.42,738/-under Orange category for both Air & water Acts on an investment of Rs.284.92 Lakhs. Balance fee of Rs.41,738/- has to be paid by the industry.
Note: The application will be liable for Rejection at pre-Scrutiny stage if the proponent fails to submit the above information sought.
