The industry has not uploaded process flow chart, site plan, CFE order condition wise compliance, M/s JETL membership certificate (for sending pre treated waste water) and M/s TSDF Membership certificate (for sending Haz waste). The industry has not submitted details of Sources of Air pollution(Furnace/Boiler/ Thermic fluid heater/ DG set etc.,) and control Equipment proposed, solid waste generation quantities(slag/ raw material rejects/ waste oils/ sludge etc.,) & disposal method in the respective fields of online application (as per CFE order). The same shall be filled in the online application and resubmit application in full form. The industry shall mention “Nil/NA/0” in the respective fields if details are not applicable. The proponent has not paid Consent fee through online against required fee of Rs.7,240/-under Red category for both Air & water Acts on an investment of Rs.72.4 Lakhs. Balance fee of Rs.7,240/- has to be paid by the industry.
Note: The application will be liable for Rejection at pre-Scrutiny stage if the proponent fails to submit the above information sought
