The proponent has not uploaded Site plan, Process flow chart, uploaded self certificate without signature on Rs.100/- stamp paper. The same shall be uploaded. The proponent has not mentioned details of quantities of waste water generation and treatment system, Sources of Air pollution and control Equipment (Boiler/ DG set/ Furnace etc.,), solid waste generation quantities & disposal method(waste oils/ rejects/ sludges etc.,) in the respective fields of online application. The same shall be filled in the online application and resubmit application in full form. The industry shall mention “Nil/NA” in the respective fields if details are not applicable. Note: The application will be liable for Rejection at pre-Scrutiny stage if the proponent fails to submit the above information sought. |
