As per the EMP submitted, the industry is carrying out R&D in biotechnology without using solvents, which fall under Orange category . However, as per GO MS No.20, dt:01.03.2013 of Industries and Commerce dept.& B.O.Circular dt.20.09.2016, establishment of new industries under Orange and Red categories is not allowed within the Outer Ring Road. Kindly submit government issued document pertaining to date of establishment prior to 01.03.2013 if it is an old industry.Find the attached GO for information |
