The proponent has not mentioned details of quantities of solid waste generation quantities & disposal method(waste oils/ rejects/ sludges etc.,) in the respective fields of online application. The same shall be filled in the online application and resubmit application in full form. The industry shall also upload design calculation details of ZLD/ETP system, CFO Compliance report and Latest Taskforce directions compliance report, the details of Monthly production, water consumption, waste water generation, solid waste generation and disposal details for one year.
Industry shall also upload letter indicating is proposed project in Public interest or not and also shall pay 1% of Annual Turnover towards corpus fund and upload copy of acknowledgement for processing the application for expansion as per G.O.Ms. No. 24 dated 24.04.2019 and Hon’ble NGT vide Order dt: 24.10.2017 CFE Expansion. The industry shall also upload 2020-21 balance sheet indicating Annual Turnover to ascertain payment of 1%.
Note: The application will be liable for Rejection at pre-Scrutiny stage if the proponent fails to submit the above information sought.
