The proponent has not mentioned details of quantities of waste water generation treatment & disposal details, Sources of Air pollution and control Equipment (Boiler/ DG set/ Furnace etc.,), quantities of solid waste generation quantities & disposal method(waste oils/ rejects/ sludges etc.,) in the respective fields of online application. The same shall be filled in the online application and resubmit application in full form. The industry shall also upload site plan, product wise process flow chart with reactions and material balance. The industry has mentioned the product as pharmaceuticals (API) which attracts EIA notification and requires environmental clearance, the industry has not uploaded copy of the environmental clearance and EIA report.
The proponent has paid Consent fee of Rs.30,653/- through online against required fee of Rs.4,50,000/-under Red category for both Air & water Acts on an investment of Rs. 2505.45 Lakhs. Balance fee of Rs. 4,19,347/- has to be paid by the industry.
Note: The application will be liable for Rejection at pre-Scrutiny stage if the proponent fails to submit the above information sought.
