The proponent has not mentioned details of waste water generation and treatment system proposed, sources of Air pollution(Boiler/ Thermic fluid heater/ DG set etc.,) and control Equipment proposed, solid waste generation quantities(raw material rejects/ waste oils/ sludge etc.,) & disposal method in the respective fields of online application. The same shall be filled in the online application and resubmit application in full form. The industry shall mention “Nil/NA/0” in the respective fields if details are not applicable. As per the process flow chart submitted by the proponent it was observed that the process involves heat treatment using fuel activity which comes under Orange category. Note: The application will be liable for Rejection at pre-Scrutiny stage if the proponent fails to submit the above information sought.
The Industry has paid consent fee of Rs. 36,000/- against required fee of Rs. 1,70,920/- hence shall pay balance consent fee of Rs.1,34,920/-under Orange category for both Air & water Acts on an investment of Rs. 949.55 Lakhs
